Billing occurs on the 1st of each month for upcoming lessons. Please note that monthly tuition may vary due to holidays or months with five weeks.

Cancellations & Make-up Lessons

At Essential Music Academy, consistency is key to musical progress. When you enroll, your tuition reserves a specific time slot each week exclusively for you. 24-Hour Notice Required: If you cannot attend a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up lesson credit. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (or "no-shows") are not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund, as we are unable to fill that time slot on short notice. Teacher Cancellations: If your instructor is unable to teach a scheduled lesson, you will always receive a full credit or a substitute teacher will be provided. Make-up Lesson Options We know life gets busy! If you provide the required 24-hour notice, you have two options: Reschedule: We will do our best to find an open slot within 30 days. Video Lesson: Your instructor can record a personalized video lesson during your scheduled time, reviewing your current material and assigning new practice goals, so you don't fall behind.
